Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud seeks to nourish and enrich the lives of homebound individuals with nutritious meals and daily contact by caring volunteers.
Every day in downtown Loveland, in our commercial kitchen, nutritious meals are prepared for our clients in Loveland, Berthoud and surrounding communities, and delivered by our volunteer drivers. We serve over 300 meals and conduct wellness checks daily. Since 2014, we’ve seen the number of meals increase an average of 10% per year. For instance, Loveland’s senior population is projected to grow at a rate of 6% yearly, and we fully anticipate increased demand throughout our service area.
By participating in the Meals on 4th event, you help our homebound neighbors live nourished lives with independence and dignity.
