Join literacy-lovers from Northern Colorado and beyond to hear Pulitzer Prize winner Anthony Doerr speak of developing his writing style.
Doerr's book “All the Light We Cannot See” is the story of a young, blind French girl and a German boy who try to survive the devastation of World War II. Reviewer quotes include “stunning imagery, compelling, uplifting, illuminates the ways people try to be good to one another, gorgeous metaphors." Read this novel for a new interpretation of World War II, and enjoy An Evening with Anthony Doerr.
Join us at Roberta Price Auditorium at 7:30 to hear his engaging talk, followed by a chance to ask questions. Afterward, Mr. Doerr will be available to sign books. (In addition, the author will appear at a Meet and Greet event at 4:30 at Loveland's Sweet Heart Winery. Tickets for that event are sold separately.)
The Roberta Price Auditorium at Thompson Valley High School has a capacity of 1,100 and there are no reserved seats for this event. Parking is free and plentiful.
