The Fundamentals class is an engaging and experiential exploration on the fundamentals of mindfulness practices and its benefits. Each week we’ll explore a different principle of mindfulness through discussion, guided mindfulness practices, inquiry, and reflection. We’ll be establishing a solid framework on which to begin building or deepening our meditation practice.

Jill Kranitz is a highly trained secular mindfulness facilitator and speaker. Her passion for sharing mindfulness comes from her own life experience. Her mindfulness practice has had and continues to have a profound impact on her life. Aside from many of the benefits listed above, mindfulness has given Jill a source of connection to self-love, self-kindness, and an open-hearted view of the world. She knows that a mindfulness practice has the capacity to awaken our innate goodness, wisdom, and compassion. With mindfulness, Jill hopes to continue to bring kindness, love, and compassion to the community, and ourselves, while bringing a connection to the human experience and the courage to live authentically.
